Whole Movie Synopsis
“LIVE: Stream”
LIVE: Stream (LS) is a film based
around the idea of a child getting her revenge on a number of paedophiles. They
are captured and taken to a blank white room in the middle of nowhere and it is
here that the little girl begins her torture. Lots of different torture devices
and techniques are used throughout and a different one is used on every
separate victim. This continues to happen over weeks and each execution is
filmed and broadcast live over the internet for viewers to watch. Toward the
end of the movie police begin to get closer to solving the mystery behind the
disappearing people, all of whom have a criminal record based around
paedophilia. The police eventually find the room while the little girl is half
way through a torture, and it is at this point they begin to realise what’s
going on. It is not until the last quarter of the film that the audience
realise or start to realise that the people being tortured are in fact
paedophiles. This is to avoid a sense that the people deserve it throughout the
film and provides a twist element to the film.

The trailer will be based in a
blank room. It will start by showing a montage of shots showing a bag being
ripped of heads one after the other in close up. Then the trailer will
concentrate on one individual being tortured whilst brief textual explains the
basic plot of the film. The film will have subtle clues as to the fact that the
characters being tortured are paedophiles, but nothing to clear as to ruin the
twist of the film. The trailer will also feature fast sequences of shots of
torture and screams and so forth, similar to how the Pusher trilogy trailer is
shot. Towards the end of the trailer there will be shots of police discovering
a lifeless blood covered room, filled only with a chair and a severed foot. At
this point in the trailer the tagline, date and release of the film will be
shown and a jumpy part will be placed at the end.
